"Nourish" Weekend Retreat
A weekend retreat to learn mindfulness practices to create greater inner quiet, awareness and reconnection with self and others
May 1st - 3rd, 2026 at Spa Eastman, Eastman, QC
with Natalie Goerner
Social Worker (MSW), Psychotherapist, & Meditation Group Facilitator
This retreat is for anyone (18+) wanting to learn mindfulness meditation skills and centering/grounding techniques to calm the nervous system and find greater inner peace, quiet and reconnection with oneself.
Throughout the weekend, we will explore various mindfulness meditation practices that help to soothe the nervous system, improve emotion regulation and reactivity and bring greater awareness, presence and inner calm.
This retreat can help if you are struggling with: racing thoughts, low mood, stress, overstimulation, emotional dysregulation or reactivity or if you are interested in mindfulness, learning how to slow down and how to create an improved and healthier relationship with oneself and with your mind, thoughts, emotions and body.
After this retreat, you’ll return home with a toolbelt of skills that you can use daily (many times over!) to center yourself, come back to greater peace and to use when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed or triggered and need to return to your body and calm.
Beginners welcome! No experience necessary.

Your Guide
Natalie Goerner
Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, MBCT & Somatic Approaches
I am a social worker (MSW), psychotherapist and I am a trained mindfulness meditation group facilitator.
Within my practice, through individual sessions, group programs and retreats, I guide adults to find the path to more calm, ease and peace in their lives. This is done through a combination of modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to treat trauma and challenging life situations, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) to reduce anxiety and depressive symptoms, and Mind/Body Integration to assist the nervous system to return to safety.
It is of utmost importance to me to create a safe space for my clients to feel heard and witnessed. In my groups, I create a dynamic for people to connect with others in feeling less alone while learning lifelong skills.
I worked in the public sector as a social worker and psychotherapist for 17 years in mental health services and I have now moved into private practice, focusing on the modalities I have found to be most effective and the ones I am most passionate about.
My own life challenges and inner work in the last 10 years, has led me on my own journey of learning and studying trauma, healing and the mind/body connection through various modalities, and is the work that I now share with others!
Join me for private sessions, a MBCT group program or a retreat for a space to heal, grow and reconnect to yourself and others.

Testimonials
"I am very happy that I found this retreat on Facebook and decided to register. It was a lovely afternoon and it made me realize that I am not alone in trying to quiet my mind. I hope to put into use some of the tools you shared with us."

"During the retreat, Natalie showed us examples of mindfulness exercises that we can reproduce in our daily lives. The retreat provided me with tools to handle stressful situations. After doing yoga for quite some time on my own, it was the first time I did some mindfulness in a group setting and it was a great first stepping stone into the world of mindfulness."
-Julie P.

"Natalie is such a pleasure to deal with — warm, inviting, and so easy to open up to. Her mindful meditation approach is thoughtful and grounding, and she knows just how to ask the right questions. This weekend retreat was exactly what I needed — the calm surroundings in beautiful Lac-Brome and the connection with 10 incredible women made it truly special. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful.
I highly recommend Natalie’s retreats or any of the services she offers. She’s a wonderful soul who has truly found her calling."
